Place Your Order
Find your products and place your order through our website. You will receive an order confirmation to your email.
Make a payment via Interac e-transfer to the email provided to you in your order confirmation email.
Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped Xpresspost through Canada Post right to your door!
We are currently only accepting INTERAC e-Transfers payments. After you submit your purchase through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with an email to send your Interact e-Transfer to. Your product will be shipped once we receive your payment. You will receive an email confirming shipment along with a tracking code.
No personal financial information are shared with Toke & Smoke and all your personal information is kept private and confidential.

Interact e-Transfer FAQs
Interac E-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from one bank account to another. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution, and you can send money to anyone with an email address or mobile phone number and a bank account in Canada — without sharing any personal or financial information. It’s a great alternative to cheques and cash.
Setting up Toke & Smoke as an e-Transfer recipient only takes a few minutes and only needs to be done once.
- Log into your online banking
- Navigate to the “Make a Payment” or e-Transfer section. This can normally be located in the main menu under “transfers”
- Click “Add recipient”
- Under the Name, enter ‘Shin AP LTD‘
- Under Email, enter ‘[email protected]‘
- Click Save
- Login into your online banking and navigate to the e-Transfer/”Make a Payment” area
- Click Send e-Transfer
- Choose ‘Shin AP LTD‘ as your recipient
- Enter your order amount
- For the secret question, enter ‘What is the password?’.
- For the secret answer, enter ‘shinap’.
- In the notes section, enter your order number. NOTE: You MUST include your order number in the notes section so that we can match your payment to your order.
- Send your e-Transfer
NOTE: This order will automatically cancel if payment is not received within 24 hours.
Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it could take up to 2 hours for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer payment (when we process your order).
If we receive your E-transfer by 9:00AM PST on Monday to Friday, your order will ship within 24 hours. We are currently only accepting Interac e-Transfers payments. After you submit your purchase through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to send the Interac e-Transfer payment. Once we receive your payment, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code for your package.
